I believe I am a good note taker because I have been doing this for a long time now. It is my habit to sit with a notebook and the pen whenever I want to study. I underline the points in the book and then write to note then down. For me writing down helps to keep the points in minds. This is my personal thought that studying the entire day is not correct one. One must leave free time for other things as well. It is the quality of the study that matters more than the quantity.
